About me

At Bind Movement, my values are simple: I want you to feel excited to step onto your mat, not apprehensive. I aim for you to feel energised after every workout, not exhausted and above all, I believe in always listening to your body and its needs, approaching each session in a holistic way.

 

In 2017, I completed my Sport Science degree at Stellenbosch University. Since then, I've deepened my expertise with a 100-hour certification in children's yoga, a 200-hour yoga certification, a Beginners & Intermediate Mat Pilates course, a Pilates accessories course, and a Pregnancy Pilates course. My love for movement has been a central part of my life since I was a little girl, and this passion, combined with my purpose, drives me to assist others on their personal wellness journey.

My philosophy is reflected in my approach, whether it's in my group classes or a private class. I believe in approaching movement mindfully, focusing on strengthening both body and mind in a way that works best for you.​ What excites me most is helping you discover that movement isn't only about what happens on your mat – it's a complete system that will enhance every aspect of your life.
